This Return Policy applies for all garments and accessories on this site. Please read carefully, once your purchase is made you adhear to the terms of this policy.
What can be returned?
We do not accept returns on any products from this online store. All clothing and accersories alike are bespoke and made when customer places the order. Unless otherwise stated on the cart page under "Avalibility"
We would only consider exchanges for a size issue from the seller, if garment has damages or defects unpon arrival to the customer, or if the wrong product(s) were shipped to you by mistake.
Quality control is very important to this brand. Product inspection is taken durning and after garment is constructed and right before shippment. This ensures that the product is in the best condition as it's received by the customer.
If you would like to exchange an item due to defect or damage at the time it was delivered to you, please contact customer service for permission to return. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect or damage. If entitled to a replacement item due to defect or damage, we will replace or exchange the product, exchanges are for t-shirts only if not custom made, within a reasonable period of time.
The item MUST be in the same condition that it was received (unwashed and unworn). We CANNOT exchange the item if it has been worn, washed, or damaged.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Due to the fact we are a custom design based shop we do not accept cancellations. However we can and may refund you the remaining funds left after fabric and materials are purchased along with a 15% cancellation fee.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A SALE ITEM?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. We do not have many sales so sale items are listed under the sample sale tab. These items are sold as is and in the available sizes only.
WHAT IF I DIDN'T RECEIVED MY ITEM?
Once the packages are handed over to the delivery carrier we no longer have control of the item. Tracking number is provided where the order can be tracked and accounted for. We have as much knowledge on the packages status as you would see from the tracking information. Sometimes carriers transfer packages to smaller more local delivery services and the smaller company needs to also update for the end delivery carrier to provide approprate status.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED MY ITEM AND DON'T LIKE IT?
We cannot accept item based off of not liking it once received. Great attention is given to the production of sold items. Also we encourage you to read all product details provided in the description tab on the product page. This narrows the oportunity to be surprised once the item is delivered. Please read all material and fit descriptions before you add an item to the cart
